Our team

Gemma has a background in impact investing, environmental policy, conservation, and research. Before joining 2150, she worked at Regeneration VC, a consumer-focused climate and circular economy venture fund based in the U.S. Before that, she spent a year working for Earth Law Center on various policy initiatives and conservation projects in Kaua’i, Hawai’i. She is a keen skier, cyclist, swimmer, and surfer.

Gemma received a BSc in Environmental Studies from Yale College with focuses in green chemistry and biodiversity. She also holds a MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco.
